Hi, and welcome to our very own website. As most things go, this is work in progress and as we become to understand how to edit and post , i'm sure, as time goes on this will be a place of interest for those who know us.
Well, its high time that we began to document out little project and if your just tuning in then really, if truth be known, the beginning of our journey began some time ago when we first stepped aboard Sunny Jim at Deacons boatyard in Southampton. We knew nothing of boats at that time and after months of research, and viewing around 15 other boats, we realised that this was a boat we truly couldn’t afford…..
After spending the last of the summer of 2007 sailing around the Solent we hauled the boat out on the hard at “Quayside”, a little known marina tucked away up Southampton water where, with surveyors report in hand, began a thorough appraisal of the work which needed to be undertaken.
